Motivational Quoates

Motivational Quoates

"Someday, Everything will make perfect sense, So for now, Laugh at the confusion, Smile through the tears, and  Keep reminding yourself that everything happens for a reason"

"Work hard in Silence, Let your Success Speak"

"The secret of Change is to focus All of your energy ,not on fighting  the Old,But on building the new"

"If you can't fly then,if you cant run then walk,if you cant walk then crawl, but dont stop, whatever you do ,you have to keep moving forward"

"Not everyone will understand Your Journey. That's Fine. It's Not Their Journey TO Make sense of. Because its Yours Journey".

“All power is within you; you can do anything and everything. Believe in that, do not believe that you are weak;

do not believe that you are half-crazy lunatics, as most of us do nowadays. You can do any thing and everything, without even the guidance of any one. Stand up and express the divinity within you.”

"We are what our thoughts have made us; so take care about what you think. Words are secondary. Thoughts live; they travel far. ”

All love is expansion, all selfishness is contraction. Love is therefore the only law of life. He who loves lives, he who is selfish is dying. Therefore love for love's sake, because it is the only law of life, just as you breathe to live.”

“Learn Everything that is Good from Others, but bring it in, and in your own way absorb it; do not become others.”

“Ask nothing; want nothing in return. Give what you have to give; it will come back to you, but do not think of that now.”

“Each work has to pass through these stages—ridicule, opposition, and then acceptance. Those who think ahead of their time are sure to be misunderstood.”

“whatever you think that you will be.
if you think yourself weak,weak you will be;
if you think yourself strong, you will be”

Motivation is a big aspect that defines people's actions, desires, and needs. Motivation is also one's direction to behave  or what causes a person to want to repeat a Behavior.
Motivation is an Internal process that makes a person move toward a goal. ... Instead, Motivation can only be inferred by noting a person's behavior. Researchers have proposed theories that try to Explain Human Motivation. Motivation is Critical to effective management and leadership. Organizational productivity declines when employees are not motivated to fulfill the One's objectives.

But, what exactly is Motivation, and how does it relate to you as you manage and lead yourself!!
Motivation comes from the word "Motive." The original meaning of the word Motive deals with movement.

Movement is central to Motivation.
What is it that then that causes any of us to move from where we are currently to another place?
This idea of movement in the words "motive" and "motivation" is all about taking Action.
Motivation is all about our internal desire to accomplish something that is important to us. This motivation (desire) makes us take Action. Motivation is about an unmet need that we want to satisfy; it's about a goal that we want to fulfill.

Peace--

We all have a limitless ocean of joy within us. Love is present at the very core of our being. It is our very nature. We get so caught up in the complexities of our busy lives that it takes a toll on our mind. We are distanced from our nature. It is the need of the hour to relieve our mind of negativity. To shake ourselves free of stress and tension. Meditation is an age old practice of calming the mind. In the olden days, meditation was used to find enlightenment. Today, meditation is seen as an effective remedy to deal with the stresses of daily life. To address the conflict in our mind and in society too.

LIfe--

Life is the aspect of existence that processes, acts, reacts, evaluates, and evolves through growth (reproduction and metabolism). The crucial difference between life and non-life (or non-living things) is that life uses energy for physical and conscious development. Life is anything that grows and eventually dies, i.e., ceases to proliferate and be cognizant. Can we say that viruses, for example, are cognizant? Yes, insofar as they react to stimuli; but they are alive essentially because they reproduce and grow. Computers are non-living because even though they can cognize, they do not develop biologically (grow), and cannot produce offspring. It is not cognition that determines life, then: it is rather proliferation and maturation towards a state of death; and death occurs only to living substances.

Career--

For many people, career means the part of life that is concerned with employment.  From an occupational standpoint, it means the sum total of the various jobs you may hold during your lifetime. However, these definitions do not fully capture the meaning of career. We would like you to think of career in a broader, more life-encompassing way. Think of the decisions you make about a job or a college major as valuable components of a lifelong process. When viewed in this manner, career can be defined as the sum total of decisions that direct your educational, social, economic, political, and spiritual endeavors and reflect your unique personality characteristics and basic life values.

Career' was traditionally associated with paid employment and referred to a single occupation. In today's world the term career is seen as a continuous process of learning and development. Activities that contribute to a career can include:

Training
Education
Employment
Work experience
Community activities
Enterprise activities
Employment
Different life roles
Volunteer work
Leisure activities

Fashion--

What exactly is fashion? According to the dictionary, fashion is “1. A prevailing custom or style of dress, etiquette, socializing, etc." or 2. "Conventional usage in dress, manners, etc., especially of polite society, or conformity to it." However, if you ask a fashion student or a fashion enthusiast this same question, you will probably hear answers such as: “Fashion is a way of expressing oneself,” or "Fashion is a form of art,” and “Fashion is playing around with and breaking the rules of conventional dressing.” Fashion may seem like a simple concept, but behind the word is a world full of creativity, breakthroughs, and endless possibilities.

It's hard to define fashion simply because it means something different to everyone. For instance, it could be someone’s passion in which they use fashion blogs and social media to express their creativity, or it could be someone's entire career. Working in the fashion industry might be some people’s way of putting food on the table for themselves or their families. Then for some, it may just be a foreign world they see all around them but have no interest in following up with current trends, designers, and such.

Health--

Health is not a “state of complete physical, mental, and social well-being”. And nor is it “merely the absence of disease or infirmity”. The first part of this formulation is enshrined in WHO's famous founding constitution, adopted in 1946. It was supposed to provide a transformative vision of “health for all”, one that went beyond the prevailing negative conception of health based on an “absence” of pathology. But neither definition will do in an era marked by new understandings of disease at molecular, individual, and societal levels. Given that we now know the important influence of the genome in disease, even the most optimistic health advocate surely has to accept the impossibility of risk-free wellbeing.

Sports--

The Sports Councils do not decide what is and what is not a sport. There are many different opinions as to what constitutes a sporting activity and the Sports Councils do not have their own definition of sport. However, we operate a recognition process to establish which sports we may consider working with. When deciding whether to recognise a sport, the Sports Councils consider if it meets the Council of Europe’s European Sports Charter 1993 definition of sport and if the sport is well established and organised within our jurisdiction.

“Sport means all forms of physical activity which, through casual or organised participation, aim at expressing or improving physical fitness and mental well-being, forming social relationships or obtaining results in competition at all levels.”

Action--

Motivation is to action as reading about exercise is to being in shape. Certainly, both can happen, but simply being motivated accomplishes nothing while seeming like it’s accomplishing something.

Our problem is never motivation. Look at January 1st for everyone, ever. We’re all gung-ho about making changes at the start of a new year. Our problem isn’t a desire to do things, it’s just that most of us never follow through.

Being motivated to write articles doesn’t mean I’m going to write a single word. Feeling motivated to eat less vegan chocolates doesn’t mean I’ll eat less of them. Motivation feels important because it feels like action, but it’s not.

We attempt to motivate ourselves by getting excited about outcomes or thinking about how much better our lives will be once we are motivated. The issue isn’t that we want something, it’s that we think our desire for something automatically makes us more likely to achieve that something.

Love--

Love is the most powerful emotion a human being can experience. The strange think is, that almost nobody knows what love is. Why is it so difficult to find love? That is easy to understand, if you know that the word “love” is not the same as one’s feeling of love.

The word “love” is used and abused for the expression of different sets of feelings.

The word love is used as an expression of affection towards someone else (I love you) but it also expresses pleasure (I love chocolate). To make it a little more complicated, the word “love” also expresses a human virtue that is based on compassion, affection and kindness. This is a state of being, that has nothing to do, with something or someone outside yourself. This is the purest form of Love.

Hate--

Hate by itself is the emotional dynamic of the ability to sustain long periods of concentration and meditation. It does not require an object to focus on (it mirrors pure love in this respect) ; it is a general-purpose tool for cutting positive attachments, especially in relationships (for example, pride in hate mode rejects another person, whereas hate by itself rejects any pleasant attachment to the other person). Hate produces clear thinking and strengthens a person’s will power. It supports the desire for solitude. It cools the mind and may easily be mistaken for a mild sense of peace. It is likely to be the prevailing mood when a meditator claims that they are no longer acting from a sense of ego. The skilful way of using hate is to clear the mind of redundant attachments and desires.

Feelings--

Feeling is the Nominalization of the verb to feel. The word was first used in the English language to describe the physical sensation of touch through either experience or perception. The word is also used to describe experiences, other than the physical sensation of touch, such as "a feeling of warmth".[1] In psychology, the word is usually reserved for the conscious subjective experience of emotion.[2] Phenomenology and heterophenomenology are philosophical approaches that provide some basis for knowledge of feelings. Many schools of psychotherapy depend on the therapist achieving some kind of understanding of the client's feelings, for which methodologies exist. Some theories of interpersonal relationships also have a role for shared feelings or understanding of another person's feelings.

Positivity--

I think before I go any further I should define what I mean by positivity. Positivity is the frequent experience of pleasant emotions.  Some of the most common are: joy, hope, gratitude, interest, serenity, pride, amusement, love, inspiration, and awe.

The concept of positivity is by no means a Pollyannaish ideal where you don’t experience negative emotions.  Obviously, we can’t avoid negativity in our lives; bad things do happen.  What matters is the ratio of positive to negative emotions over time.  We just have to make sure that we have more than enough positive experiences to counterbalance the negative ones.  Research in positivity indicates that the benefits of positivity occur when our ratio of positive-to-negative emotions is at least 3-to-1.
